Creativity Groups
A creativity group is simply a group of people meeting around a common interest. The group will have two or three leaders who are already members of C3. Here are our current groups;
Other Possibilities
Someone has suggested dance and we have been hoping to start a video & moving image group for a long time - we are waiting for funds. Two existing groups may expand to include textiles and jewellery making.
Do you have other ideas for creativity groups? - Perhaps you would like to suggest some and help us organise them! E mail Tony at tony@c3stockport.net or ring 0161 427 2164 if you would like to be involved. Here are a few fictional ideas times and venues to get you thinking!.
- Watercolours - Community centre. Tues. 2.00pm
- Creative writing, meet in homes. Wed evening.
- Video editing - Fortnightly in the leader's home.
- Interior design - Meets around people's houses, fortnightly.
- Pudding club - Meets weekly in a well equipped church kitchen. May develop into a weight-watcher group!
- Song writing (youth) - Weekly in a home basement.
- All-age art group - Library, Sunday mornings. People come with their children, so it's mostly a family thing.
